After which she continues to the het Boschhuis in Driebergen. Finally in July 1939 she ends up with the Wegloop family in the Kruisstraat. Amalia and the eldest son Hijman continue the shop. Jacob and Maurits are in public primary school in Woensel. Marianne Bernheim, a Jewish girl from Germany who was only sent to the Netherlands by her parents, came to live with the Wegloop family in 1939.
